Bedroom layout
Main floor: king master suite, king room, and a room with three twins. Lower floor: king apartment suite with queen pullout, a king room with a twin-over-full bunk, and a queen room. I’m confirming the bed setup with Kate before I assign anything.

Dinner, cocktails & live music
One night is the Old Saloon, Friday or Saturday. Which one depends on the 2027 music schedule.

- About an hour from the ranch. I’m booking a driver for all 14 with a set ride home, so nobody has to be the sober one.

- Dinner at the saloon. If they close for a ticketed show, we do Sage Lodge instead.

At the house
Games
Rage cage, beer pong, corners, and pool. We need cups, pong balls, drinks, ice, and snacks.
House time
Thursday is dinner and games at the house. Friday and Saturday afternoons are for the hot tub, the porch, and doing nothing. Bring a swimsuit.
Drinks & food
Groceries, breakfast, snacks, and house drinks are still TBD. Send me anything you can’t or won’t eat before I pick the dinner menu.

I want to ride at the ranch. I’m waiting on Kate to confirm they do guest rides, that beginners are fine, and that they can take a group our size.

Fly into Bozeman (BZN). Send me your flights and I’ll group airport rides. Check-in at the house is 4 p.m.
Transport
We need rides for the downtown nights and a round-trip driver for the Old Saloon, which is about an hour from the ranch. Nobody is driving after drinks.
